摘要
目的探讨急性冠脉综合征临床诊治特点。方法选择我院确诊为急性冠脉综合征患者42例,分析其临床特点和临床治疗效果,同时观察治疗前和治疗后血液流变学指标。结果本组42例患者,2个疗程结束后,其中显效27例,有效12例,无效2例,恶化1例,总有效率为92.8%;治疗后的血液流变学指标明显优于与治疗前(P<0.05)。结论掌握急性冠脉综合征的临床特点并给予最佳的治疗方案是有效治疗急性冠脉综合征的关键所在。
Objective To explore the characters of clinical diagnosis and treatment about acute coronary syndrome. Methods Forty two cases of acute coronary syndrome were selected, clinical characters and the effection of treatment were analyzed, the hemorheology indexes were measureed before and after treatment. Results After two courses of treatment ,27 cases had marked effect,12 cases had effect,cases had no effect,2 cases had worsening,and the the total effective rate was 92. 8% ,compared with before treatment, the hemorheology indexes was improved after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Grasping the clinical characters of acute coronary syndrome and performing the best therapeutic scheme are the importance of treatment on acute coronary syndrome.
