摘要
[目的]培育籼型优质光敏核不育系绿敏S。[方法]安徽省农业科学院绿色食品工程研究所用广占63S为母本,与含苯达松敏感基因的农林8号M系为父本杂交选育的中籼光温敏核不育系绿敏S,2007年8月通过安徽省技术鉴定。[结果]绿敏S不育期间败育彻底,不育性稳定,不育株率100.00%,花粉不育度和套袋自交不实率分别为99.84%和99.97%;不育起点温度较低(23.5℃),在合肥稳定不育期30 d以上;开花习性好,异交结实率高达60.00%以上;对稻瘟病和白叶枯病的抗性分别为中抗和感;米质优,5项主要指标达国标GBPT 17891-1999优质稻谷1级标准;所配组合杂种优势强,其中,绿敏S/L24于2008年通过了安徽省续试。[结论]为选育优良的籼光温敏核不育系提供参考。
[ Objective] The research aimed to breed the indiea photo-thermo-sensitive genie male sterile(PTGMS) lines Lumin S. [ Method] Lumin S, bred by Green Food and Engineering Institute, Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the PTGMS crossed breeding of Guangzhan 63 S as female parent, and benzene sensitive genes Nonglin 8 M as male parent. Then, it got the technical appraisal of Department of Anhui Province in August, 2007. [ Result ] Lumin S aborted completely, sterility was high and quite stable in its sterile period with the sterile plant rate at 100.00% , pollen sterility and spikelet sterility up to 99.84% and 99.97% respectively. Its beginning temperature of infertility was lower at 23.5 ℃ , and the stable period of infertility was over 30 d in Hefei. Its flowering habit was good, and outcrossing rate was high more than 60.00%. It showed moderate resistance to rice blast and susceptible to bacterial blight. The rice quality was high, 5 key indices up to the grade 1 of GB GBPT 17891 - 1999 high-quality rice. The combination of heterosis was strong, in which the Lumin S/L24 passed the test of 2008 in Anhui Province. [ Conclusion] The study can provide the reference for breeding the high quality indica PTGMS lines.
