摘要
根据基坑支护工程中所用土层锚杆水泥浆液灌注和锁定作业要求,为实现浆液水灰比适宜(W/C=0.45~0.60)、可注性好(可泵期≮15m in)、初凝时间4~6h,终凝时间≤12h,早期强度高(2~3d龄期强度15~25M Pa)、且后期强度增长稳定,需对普通水泥浆液进行改性研究。通过正交试验,优选出水泥外加剂种类和加量比例,得到一组配伍性较好的早强型普通硅酸盐水泥浆液配方。工程实践证明,这些经改性的早强型水泥浆液应用效果显著,加快了基坑支护与开挖作业施工速度,使支护边坡位移得到及时的控制。
According to the requirement of grouting and locking work on soil anchor rod for foundation pit support construction,a modification study should be done on appropriate water cement ratio(W/C=0.45~0.60),suitable pumping period(≮15 min) of the cement slurry,original coagulating time 4~6 h,terminal condensing time ≤12 h,its early high intensity(in two or three days condensing time,the press intensity is 15~25 MPa),and upper steady intensity increase.The experimental study indicates the admirably type and weights of cement additive and the proportion of grouting is chosen very well in compatibility and performance. And the engineering practice shows that the application effect of cement grouting which has been modified is very good, greatly enhancing the construction speed of anchor engineering, and the control displacement of shoring slope in time.
