摘要
对液压凿岩机活塞的疲劳强度进行了研究,对其失效形式进行了分析,并以YYG90B凿岩机活塞为例进行了有限元强度分析,同时对疲劳安全系数进行了计算.最后提出了提高活塞疲劳强度的方法.
A study was made of the fatigue strength of the piston for a hydraulic drill-Rod, and an analysis made of the failure manner of the piston in the paper. Taking the YYGgOB Drill-Rod as a case of study, an FEM analysis was carried out to investigate the strength of its piston and to calculate the fatigue safety factor of the piston. Finally,the method of improving the fatigue strength of the piston was put forward.
