席勒并不是一个完全意义上的保守主义者,他前期的作品,无论是小说、戏剧还是文评,都具有激进倾向,只是在一些论文中体现出了些许的保守主义倾向。生活史决定思想史,"在奴隶培训所的日子"对他的保守主义倾向影响深远,青年时期的席勒接触的卢梭的著作给他触动很大。席勒以他独有的国家观念和人性观念,为拯救水深火热的德意志开出了一剂疗方。
The radicalism tendency displayed in Schiller s early works and the fact that some of his essays show a little conservatism tendency prove that he is not a genuine conservative.History of life determines one s history of thought.The days he spent in slave training center had a great influence on his conservatism tendency.And Rousseau s works influenced Schiller greatly in his youth.
