肺部手术后迁延性肺漏气104例 被引量:2

摘要 迁延性肺漏气是肺切除术后并发症之一。漏气点来源于肺间质破损,多为肺切除后的粗面漏气。大多数学者认为肺漏气时间开胸手术超过7d,胸腔镜手术超过5d者,称为迁延性肺漏气。1998年11月~2008年10月,笔者共施行怖部手术患者2320例,其中发生迁延性肺漏气104例(4.48%)。现就肺部手术后迁延性肺漏气情况进行分析,报道如下。
