肺部手术后迁延性肺漏气104例 被引量：2

摘要 迁延性肺漏气是肺切除术后并发症之一。漏气点来源于肺间质破损，多为肺切除后的粗面漏气。大多数学者认为肺漏气时间开胸手术超过7d，胸腔镜手术超过5d者，称为迁延性肺漏气。1998年11月～2008年10月，笔者共施行怖部手术患者2320例，其中发生迁延性肺漏气104例（4．48％）。现就肺部手术后迁延性肺漏气情况进行分析，报道如下。
