摘要 介绍广蓄电厂钥匙闭锁系统,并与常规变电站五防闭锁系统进行了对比。从电网运行方式、变电设备、变电站自动化程度和工作环境的适应性等四个方面分析了广蓄电厂钥匙闭锁系统应用于常规变电站的可行性。分析了南方电网近年来涉及五防闭锁系统的恶性误操作事故,借鉴广蓄电厂钥匙闭锁系统的优点,提出了变电站五防闭锁系统的改进措施和建议。 Introducing the key-interlocking system of Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Plant (GPSPP) and comparing it with the five-prevention interlocking system of the conventional substations, this paper studies the feasibility of the key-interlocking system of GPSPP being applied to conventional substations over 4 aspects: operation modes of the electric network, substation devices, automation level of the substations, and the working environment. The serious accidents due to faulty operation of five-prevention interlocking system in recent years in China Southern Power Grid (CSG) are analyzed, and certain measures and suggestions for five-prevention interlocking system improving are proposed by taking advantages of the key-interlocking system of GPSPP.
