本文总结当前农村土地利用规划和管理制度建设方面的薄弱环节,分析其成因,提出健全规范严格农村土地利用规划和管理制度建设的建议。
This paper summarizes the ~eaknesses of current rural land-use planning and management system, analyses the causes, then puts forward some proposals of sound and strict norms of rural land use planning and management system construction.
