摘要
目的观察醒脑静注射液联合止痉剂治疗癫癎持续状态的疗效。方法随机将70例癫癎持续状态患者分为2组,治疗组35例,对照组35例。治疗组予以醒脑静及止痉剂治疗,对照组予以止痉剂治疗。结果治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静联合止痉剂治疗癫癎持续状态疗效满意,醒脑静可以作为癫癎持续状态的辅助治疗用药。
Objective To observe the healing effect of awaking brain injection combined with antispastic as a treatment of status epilepticus. Methods Seventy cases of status epilepticus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with each group having 35 cases. The treatment group was given awaking brain injection and antispastic treatment; while the control group was only given antispastic. Results The clinical effect of the treatment group is obviously superior to that of the control group the result meets statistical standard（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The healing effect of awaking brain injection combined with antispastic on status epilepticus was satisfactory;awaking brain injection could be considered as an adjuvant therapy drug of treating status epilepticus.
