摘要
本科生导师制是一种在师生双向选择的前提下,以个别指导为基本形式的高校教育制度,它对高校学风建设机制创新所产生的推动作用主要体现在个性教育、素质教育、互动教育等三个方面。本科生导师制包括全程导师制、高年级导师制、精英导师制、团体导师制、专业导师制、小组导师制、班级导师制等多种形式。因此,必须建立长效机制,转变学生观念,实行制度化管理,切实保障本科生导师制得到切实有效地落实。
Undergraduate Tutor is formed under the precondition of a double-way choice between the teachers and students, that the basic form of universities education system is the individual tutorial, its created promoting role for the mechanisms innovation of the university study style are mainly embodied in three aspects of character education, quality education, and interactive education. Undergraduate tutor includes the full system, and high-grade system, and elite mentoring, group mentoring, professional mentoring, group mentoring, class mentoring and other forms. Therefore, we must establish long-term mechanism, changing the concept of students, the implementation of systematic management, and effectively ensure the undergraduate tutorial system be effectively implemented.
