摘要
目的探讨整合素α vβ 3与脑胶质瘤血管生成之间的关系。方法建立裸鼠SHG44胶质瘤模型,应用免疫组化SABC法检测整合素α vβ 3在裸鼠SHG44胶质瘤中的表达。裸鼠SHG44胶质瘤中注射抗人整合素α vβ 3单抗,观察胶质瘤中血管生成及肿瘤生长情况。结果裸鼠SHG44胶质瘤中表达整合素α vβ 3,抗α vβ 3整合素抗体能抑制裸鼠SHG44胶质瘤的血管生成,并且肿瘤生长也受到抑制。结论整合素α vβ 3与脑胶质瘤血管生成呈正相关,并可能对脑胶质瘤血管生成起调节作用。
[Objective] To investigate the relation between integrin αvβ3 and angiogenesis of human gliomas. [Methods] The SHG44 glioma model of nude mice was established. The integrin αvβ3 subunit was measured with immunohistochemistry assay (SABC method). Antibody of integrin αvβ3 was injected into SHG44 glioma of nude mice. Angiogenesis of SHG44 glioma and the glioma growth were observed. [ Results ] The expression of integrin αvβ3 in the glioma nude mice were determined. The angiogenesis and growth of glioma was inhibited by antibody of integrin αvβ3. [ Conclusion ] Our study indicated that integrin αvβ3expression was correlated with angiogenesis of human gliomas. It was possible that integrin αvβ3 is a regulator of angiogenesis of gliomas.
