摘要
目的探索重组结核分枝杆菌Rv1009蛋白(rRv1009)在结核分枝杆菌快速培养方面的应用价值。方法以Middlebrook7H9、罗氏培养基为基础培养基,观察rRv1009对卡介苗生长的影响。结果含rRv1009的罗氏培养基于接种卡介苗后第8天出现菌落,比普通罗氏培养基早8~9d;在添加rRv1009的Middlebrook7H9培养基中,卡介苗生长状况明显好于普通Middlebrook7H9培养基。结论rRv1009能促进BCG的复苏和生长,为结核分枝杆菌的快速培养的研究打下了基础。
[ Objective] To explore the effect of the recombined Rv1009 (rRvl009) protein in the rapid culture of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. [Methods] The Middlebrook 7H9 and Lowenstein-Jensen medium(L-J) were used as the culture medium to detect the effect of the rRv1009 in rapid culture of Mycobacterium boris BCG. [Results] The BCG started growing after 8 days of incubation in the L-J with rRv1009, 9 days earlier than the L-J without rRv1009; the Mycobacterium boris BCG growth much better in the Middlebrook 7H9 with rRv1009 than the common ones. [Conclusion] The rRv1009 can promote the resuscitation and growth of Myeobacterium bovis BCG, and the results would constitute the basis for the future studies of rapid culture of MTB.
