摘要 复杂性先天性心脏病具有解剖畸形多且相互影响、血流动力学复杂等特点,但早期诊断和治疗有显著的疗效,术前准确了解和估计病情对预后非常重要。多层螺旋CT后处理技术能从任意角度显示心血管内外结构及畸形的空间位置关系,能较好地显示病变血管的走行及心外大血管的立体形态与空间关系以及解剖学房室的位置、形态、房室连接、房室与大血管连接的关系,对于复杂性先天性心脏病的诊断有非常重要的价值,能全面评估畸形改变,对心内和心外病变有很高的诊断准确率。 Complex congenital heart disease(CHD) is characterized by complicated hemodynamics and anatomic abnormality. The early diagnosis and treatment on complex CHD would be notable curative effect, and the prognosis is based on exact preoperative estimation about patients'condition. Multi-slice computed tomography post-processing technique can display the space and location in any point of view of a malformation and the cardiovascular structure exterior and interior. It can display the courser of pathological vascular,or anatomical atrioventricular location and shape ,and can display atrioventricular connection ,or relation between loculus and large vessels. It performs important role on the diagnose of complex CHD and can evaluate pathological deformed changes roundly. It has supernal ratio in exactly diagnose of exterior and interior heart diseases.
