摘要
自身免疫机制在扩张型心肌病(DCM)的发病过程中起重要作用,针对其发病机制的免疫治疗正成为治疗DCM的新方法,并取得良好疗效;DCM的免疫治疗方法主要有免疫抑制剂、钙离子拮抗剂、β受体阻滞剂、免疫吸附法、静脉注射大剂量免疫球蛋白法。
Autoimmunity mechanism play an important role in the process of dilated cardiomyopathy（DCM）. Immunotherapy is becoming a new treatment for DCM aiming at its pathogenesis. The immunotherapy for DCM includes immunodepressant, calcium-channel blocker, β-acceptor blocker, immu- noadsorption and intravenous injection of large dose immunoglobulin.
