摘要
利用光学反射腔的耦合共焦原理,设计了一套内置耦合共焦法布里-珀罗干涉仪。利用该装置对可调谐二极管激光器1181.0~1181.75cm-1中红外光谱范围内的N2O和SO2的低压气体分子吸收光谱进行标定,得到了利用该装置进行光谱绝对频率标定的系统标准偏差(~0.98049×10-4cm-1)和自由光谱范围(~0.00998646(2)cm-1)。
A novel FPI called internally coupled confocal Fabry-Perot interferometer (icFPI) was designed with the coupled confocal principle of optical reflective cavity.We used it to measure the mid-infrared Absorption spectrum of low pressure gas N2O and SO2 between 1181.0 and 1181.75cm-1 with the tunable dioble laser and achieved the standard deviation ~ 0.98049×10-4 cm-1 of the system as well as the free spectral range ~ 0.00998646(4) cm-1.With this spectral calibration device,the standard deviation and the free spectral range of the 1-inch Ge etalon are 1.84662×10-4cm-1 and 0.048806(2)cm-1,respectively.
