摘要
介绍了一种基于力矩斩波控制的步进电机驱动电路和驱动方案,包括各种典型驱动电路的比较及改进方法,并由此提出了力矩控制驱动方案,详细说明了其原理,给出了硬件电路及软件设计流程。在实际应用中,改进后的驱动电路直接替代驱动器模块,且工作平稳、电路效率高、高频力矩大,提高了步进电机的高频性能,降低了硬件成本。
This paper particularly introduces the driving circuit and driving method of a step-electromotor based on moment of forces cutting-wave control, including the comparison of and method for improving a series of typical driving circuits, presents the method of moment of forces control and driving, and particularly explains its principle. It also gives the hardware circuit and software design procedures. The improved circuit can replace the driving module in practice with stable performance, high efficiency and large high frequency moment of force, thus improving the HF performance of the electromotor and reducing the hardware cost.
