摘要
目的建立鼻敏清丸胶囊中木兰脂素的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法：色谱柱为DiamonsilC18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相为乙腈-四氢呋喃-水（体积比42∶2∶56）;流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温为35℃;检测波长为278 nm。结果木兰脂素的质量浓度在1.856-46.40μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.34%,RSD为1.53%。结论本方法准确可靠、重现性好,可用于鼻敏清丸胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the assay of magnolin in Biminqingwan capsules. Methods The analytical column was Diamonsil C18 （250 mm×4.6 mm,0.5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of CH3CN-C4H8O-H2O（42： 2： 56）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature at 35 ℃. The detection wavelength was 278 nm. Results The magnolin linearity range was 1. 856 - 46.40μg/mL. The average recovery was 98.34% , and the RSD was 1.53%. Conclusion This method was simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Biminqingwan capsules.
