摘要
X光探伤电视系统虽然具备节省X光软片和可在线探伤等优点以外,还存在着图像分辨率不很高的问题。其图像分辨率不很高的主要原因是由于X光所激发的二次射线造成的,这是一种随机的噪声干扰。利用在计算机图像处理中的叠加平均法可有效的去除这种噪声干扰,从而提高X光探伤电视的图像分辨率。电视图像的数字化需要高速的信号采集系统。用硬件构成的图像存贮体可实现高速的图像信号采集,并结合开窗口技术使得X光探伤电视的成本降低,为高分辨率X光探伤电视的广泛应用创造了有利的条件。这些对保证产品质量具有十分重要的意义。
Although X ray inspection TV has characteristic of saving on X ray soft film and online inspection. It still has the problem of low image resolving power. Secondary ray from X ray results in mainly reason which is a random noise jamming. In order to remove the noise jamming and heighten the image resolving power. A progressive average method in computer image processing is taken effectively. In addition, high speed message acguisition system of which image storage is made up of hardware is demanded for numeral of TV image with another window technigue. The cost of X ray inspection TV is low, it is a promising system and very important meaning to assure the guality of products.
