摘要
筒形件强力旋压中各工艺参数在生产中常用试旋的方法确定。本文用数值模拟方法给出了筒形件强力旋压时减薄率、进给比、旋轮工作角等对旋压件内径尺寸精度的影响规律,计算与试验结果一致。
The process parameters were usually determined in production by trial and error method. The influence of reduction in thickness, feed, roller angle, etc. on the dimensional precision of inner diameter in spun parts has been calculated by numerical simulation method in this paper. The numerically simulated and experimental results give a good agreement.
