摘要
目的观察阿昔洛韦对手足口病的疗效。方法对2009-01～2009-04我科收治36例手足口病患儿使用阿昔洛韦注射液治疗及转归情况进行回顾性分析。结果阿昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病未发现明显不良反应,临床疗效好。结论阿昔洛韦是治疗小儿手足口病首选药物。
Objective To observes the curative effect of aciclovir in the treatment of the hand and foot mouth disease. Methods The clinical data of 36 chidren with hand foot and mouth disease treated by aeiclovir in our department from January to April 2009 were retrospectively aralyzed. Results Thirty-Six children with hand foot and mouth disease obtained obvious curative effect, without obvious side effect. Conclusion Aciclovir is the drug of choice for treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease.
