摘要
柱栅传感器是一种新型数字式直线位移传感器。它是在感应同步器的基础上提出来的新型位移传感器,它具有许多优良的电气和机械特性。目前单根柱栅传感器的设计与制作工艺已很成熟,但当单柱栅只能实现短距离的位移测量,然而在实际中长距离的测量必不可少,因此在现有基础上实现多段柱栅的接长来实现长距离测量就显得相当重要。文章主要介绍了柱栅传感器接长方法的设计和实现及由接长所产生的误差的分析和相应处理,从而达到高精度长距离测量的目的。
The Columnsyn is a new type digital linear displacement sensor, It basic on the Inductosyn, the columnsyn sensor which is a new type sensor. It contained many excellent electric and mechanical characteristics. At present a signal columnsyn's design and manufacturing process has been very mature, but a signal columnsyn only be achieved short distance displacement measurement, but in practice long-distance measurements are essential, therefore, based on the existing stage Multistage Columnsyn connecting to achieve the long-distance measurement becomes very important ,in this paper we major discuss the technology of scale connecting and error Analysis for Columnsyn sensor to achieve the purpose of long-distance measurements.
