摘要
界牌河段是长江中游防洪的重要河段,亦是长江中游碍航最严重的浅滩河段之一。20世纪70年代至21世纪初,为解决该段防洪与通航的矛盾,确定了界牌河段综合治理目标,开展了以航道整治为主的界牌河段治理规划设计及系列试验研究工作。综述了界牌河段综合治理工程在可行性研究、初步设计、施工、控制完善4个阶段模型试验研究的主要成果,并简要分析评估了工程实施效果,在此基础上初步提出界牌河段下阶段河道整治思路。
The Jiepai reach is an important reach for flood control of the middle Yangtze River,and also one of the most impedmental shoal reach to navigation.From 1970s to early 21st century,to solve the contradiction between flood control and navigation,the comprehensive regulation objects for Jiepai reach was determined and the plan and design as well as a series of test works mainly aiming at the navigation channel regulation were conducted.This paper summarizes the major achievements of model test for 4 stages of feasibility research,initial design,construction,control and improvement,briefly evaluates the effect of project implementation.At last,preliminary ideas for river channel regulation in next stage were put forward.
