一种全密封锁位型摩擦阻尼隔震支座的试验研究 被引量:6

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCHES ON THE SLIDE-DAMPING ISOLATOR WITH SEALING COVER AND DISPLACEMENT-LIMITED COMPONENTS

摘要 为满足隔震参数配置及工程应用要求,设计研制了一种新型全密封锁位型摩擦阻尼隔震支座;并对其竖向、水平力学性能及密封、锁位性能进行了试验研究。得出了支座的等效动摩擦系数、等效水平刚度和等效粘滞阻尼比等参数;得出了支座力学性能与加载频率、支座竖向压应力等的相关性;得到了水平极限位移和竖向极限承载力。试验表明,支座等效动摩擦系数低达0.04,等效粘滞阻尼比高达0.59,具有良好的力学性能。通过试验,验证了支座可按预期方式实现摩擦滑移变形,而且其密封性、锁位性能可靠。 In accordance with requirements of seismic isolation structures, a type of slide-damping isolator with displacement limiting components and sealing cover was designed and made. Furthermore, experimental researches on the vertical and horizontal mechanics performance were carried out together with sealing and displacement limiting characteristics. Equivalent dynamic friction coefficient, horizontal stiffness, viscous damping ratio and other parameters are investigated. The dependence of mechanics performances on frequency, compressive stress is studied. Ultimate horizontal displacement and vertical bearing capacity are also tested. It is observed that the minimum of equivalent friction coefficient is 0.04, and the maximum of equivalent viscous damping ratio is 0.59. Moreover, it is found that lateral sliding deformation can be controled as expected, and sealing or displacement limiting performance is reliable.
