摘要
乙型肝炎是全球性传染病，严重危害人类的健康，乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）基因型是影响HBV感染者预后的重要原因之一，因此作者就HBV基因型研究概况及其临床意义的相关性进行扼要的综述。
Hepatitis B virus is the global contagious disease, and seriously hazard the people＇s health. The viral genotype of hepatitis B virus is one of the important factors to determine the prognosis of HBV infection. So the author briefly reviewed the status of HBV genotype research and the clinical significance.
