摘要
采用PEST分析法对我国艾滋病防治督导与评估工作中的政治、经济、社会和技术等4种环境进行系统分析,提出艾滋病防治督导与评估工作的发展策略,为制定政策提供参考。
We used PEST analysis method in China＇s AIDS prevention and control monitoring and evaluation （M＆E） , Analyzed the political, economic, social and technical environment in order to provide some references on policies development on the AIDS＇ M＆E.
