摘要
目的了解甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)患者的服药依从性现状及其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样的方法调查2008年4-9月北京市某综合医院门诊81例甲亢患者的服药依从性和甲亢相关知识掌握情况。结果81例患者中,仅15例(18.5%)患者的服药依从性好,41例(50.6%)患者的甲亢相关知识掌握较好;Logistic回归分析发现,甲亢患者的服药依从性与性别(R=0.31,P<0.05)、家族史(R=1.26,P<0.05)、健康教育(R=5.74,P<0.05)等有关。结论需要进一步加强甲亢患者的健康教育工作,以提高患者的服药依从性。
Objectives To explore the status and affecting factors of drug treatment compliances of hyperthyroidism patients. Methods Eighty-one hyperthyroidism patients were investigated with convenient sampling on the drug treatment compliances and hyperthyroidism knowledge from Apr. to Set. 2008. Results Among the 81 patients, 15 （18.5 % ）patients were perfect at the drug treatment compliances, 41 （50. 6%） patients were good at knowledge about hyperthyroidism. Logistic regression analysis showed that factors influencing drug treatment compliances were gender（R =0.31, P〈0.05）, family history（R = 1.26, P〈0.05） and health education（R =5.74, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Health education should be strengthened for hyperthyroidism patients to improve their medication drug treatment compliances.
