摘要
现状的观音岩水库枢纽工程由主坝、非常溢洪道自溃坝、溢洪道、挡坝、高输水隧洞、低输水管等建筑物组成。建成后经过40多年的运行,经鉴定,观音岩水库大坝安全性评定为三类坝,属于病险水库,需要进行除险加固设计。针对枢纽中的高输水隧洞存在的主要问题,例如:洞身过流能力不足、混凝土碳化严重、裂缝以及设备老化等,进行除险加固设计。
The Guanyinyan water control project consists of main dam,emergency spillway fuse-plug dam,spillway,retaining dam,high water conveyance tunnel,low conduit pipe,etc.After 40 years of operation,the security of the project is evaluated as Class III,which is dangerous and needs danger control and reinforcement.The design will mianly on the problems existing in high water conveyance tunnel,e.g.insufficient water carrying capacity,serious carbonization of concrete,crack and equipment aging,etc.
