摘要
目前我国林业的发展进入了以建立新型产业体系为中心任务的时期。尽管黑龙江省国有林区林业产业已初步形成了集资源培育、产品加工、林木生产与非林木生产并存的开发利用格局。然而,从总体上看,黑龙江省国有林区林业生产项目的分布缺乏区域特色,缺少具有较强扩散效应的主导产业带动整个林区经济的发展。因此,选择能够带动黑龙江国有林区经济快速发展的主导产业,是该地区进行产业结构调整与优化、制定产业发展政策及区域经济发展战略规划的重要任务。
At present, China has entered the development of forestry in order to establish a new industrial system as the central task. Although the state-owned forests in Heilongjiang province forestry industry has formed a set of resources, product processing, co-existence of forest production and non-wood forest product development and utilization pattern. However, generally speaking, the state-owned forests in Heilongjiang Province, the distribution of forestry production projects a lack of regional characteristics, the lack of a strong diffusion effect of the leading industries driving economic development throughout the forest. Therefore, the choice can bring rapid economic development of the leading industries in Heilongjiang Province, is the area of industrial structure adjustment and optimization of formulating industrial development policies and regional economic development strategic planning important task.
