摘要
为适应反犯罪、反贪污贿赂斗争的需要以及保护公民权利与自由的需要,为适应维护统一的法律空间、为国家重要规划的实现保驾护航的需要,进一步发展包括总检察院在内的俄罗斯联邦检察机关体系的各级机关,使其现代化的问题被提上了工作日程。作为上述工作的组成部分,俄罗斯联邦首先于2006年6～12月对其总检察院进行了机构改组。2006年12月至今,俄罗斯联邦总检察院又对其机构进行了部分调整。本文拟研究俄罗斯联邦总检察院机构改组的原因、内容和特点,并对其改组工作做出自己的评价。
The modernization of all Russian Federation prosecution organs at various levels including its General Prosecuratorate is placed on the working agenda to meet the needs of anti-crime,and anti-graft struggle,and the needs to protect citizen rights and freedom,as well as to defend the unified legal space and help realize essential state plans. The Federation started the institutional reorganizing of the General Prosecuratorate in June December 2006. The General Prosecuratorate has again made some partial readjustment of its institutions since December 2006. The article is designed to make a study on the reasons,contents,and special features of the reorganizing effort and give an evaluation of its own on the overhauling.
