速度向量成像技术对心脏运动的研究 被引量:2

摘要 速度向量成像技术(VVI)是一种斑点追踪技术,在定量评价心脏局部和整体功能上比传统的超声技术更具优势。VVI不仅可以评价局部心肌的收缩或舒张功能障碍,敏感地检出病变心肌,还能分析心室运动的同步性,为心脏再同步化治疗筛选患者、判断疗效,另外运用VVI评价心脏的扭转运动也是当前的热门课题。
