摘要
通过试验和数理统计方法,研究了基于层位分工论的沥青混凝土路面材料配合比设计管理方法和沥青混凝土路面施工质量简易动态管理方法。研究结果表明:根据层位分工论和贝雷法,可以确定沥青混凝土路面上、中、下面层贝雷法级配参数CA比、FAC比、粗集料设计密度的合理取值,同时可以确定沥青混凝土路面上、中、下面层的配合比性能检验指标合理取值,将这些合理取值的研究成果应用于工程实践中,可以有效提高半刚性基层沥青混凝土路面的结构性使用性能;通过监测每旬内路面工程各项检测技术指标的每旬标准差S和变异系数CV等数理统计指标的变化情况,可以采取相应工程措施进行改进,确保沥青混凝土路面施工质量始终保持在一个较高水平。
Through experiments and mathematical statistical methods, the asphalt concrete pavement material composition design management method which based on layer contribution theory, and the simple and dynamic management method of asphalt concrete pavement construction quality are researched. The results show that the reasonable value of Bailey method gradation parameter including CA ratio, FAc ratio and designed density of coarse aggregate can be confirmed, and the reasonable value of material composition performance test parameter about the superstratum, intermediate, undersurface asphalt concrete pavement according to layer contribution theory and Bailey method also can be confirmed, if the research results of this reasonable value are applied to engineering practice, the structural performance of the asphalt concrete pavement with semi-rigid base would be improved effectively. By monitoring change of standard deviation and coefficient of variation of pavement construction examination data in every ten days, the engineering measures are improved in order that the quality level of asphalt concrete pavement construction has always been kept above a relatively high level.
