摘要
分析了有关地铁屏蔽门平均无故障周期、平均维修时间的可靠性要求,假定了地铁每天服务时间以及屏蔽门的运行周期,根据以往相关工程经验数据积累对地铁屏蔽门平均无故障时间、平均无故障周期、平均维修时间、平均停机时间等进行了推算,通过计算获得系统实际的可靠性指标,针对性提出包括冗余设计、限额设计、电磁兼容设计、元器件的选择、运营维护的可靠性措施。
The reliability of metro platform screen doors system is analysed about Mean Cycles Between Failure(MCBF) and Mean Time to Restoration(MTTR). Mean Time Between Failure(MTBF), MCBF, MTTR and Mean Down Time(MDT) are calculated based on project experience. Measure of the reliability is proposed about redundance designing, limitation designing, EMC, component choice and operation service aeording to actual reliability index.
