摘要
受美国次贷危机的影响,外商在华投资成本提高,导致了中国实际利用外资、新设外商投资企业数量持续减少和外商撤资,对中国FDI产生了负面影响。我国应抓住机遇,调整结构,抢占市场。要充分发挥中西部丰富的矿产资源、农业资源以及廉价的劳动力和土地价格等方面的优势,增强对外资的吸引力。要采取正确引导外商投资的措施,加速外资梯度转移,鼓励外资进入中西部地区的优势行业,促使我国经济发展区域的分布更加合理。
Influenced by American subprime crisis, increase of investment cost in China leads to continuous decrease of foreign capital and new foreign investment enterprises and withdrawal of foreign capital, which had a negative influence on Chinese FDI. China should take the opportunity to adjust structure and occupy the market. Meanwhile, we should take advantages of rich mineral resources, agricultural resources, and cheap labor and land price in Midwestern area of China to attract foreign capital. By taking correct measures to guide foreign investment, we can accelerate grads transfer of foreign capital, encourage foreign capital to enter into advantageous industry of Midwestcm area, and finally promote reasonable distribution of Chinese economy.
