摘要
目的:探讨助运除满汤治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的免疫学机理。方法:将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、助运除满汤低剂量组(低剂量组)、助运除满汤中剂量组(中剂量组)、助运除满汤高剂量组(高剂量组)及半夏泻心汤组6组,每组10只。除空白对照组外余均用夹尾刺激法制作FD动物模型。造模成功后,各组给予相应药物治疗。连续用药14天后,分别检测各组大鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数及血清IL-2的含量。结果:模型组与空白对照组相比,脾脏指数、胸腺指数及血清IL-2含量均显著下降(P<0.05);与模型组相比,半夏泻心汤组、中剂量组脾脏指数显著升高(P<0.05);对大鼠血清IL-2含量的影响:与模型组大鼠相比,中、高剂量组及半夏泻心汤组大鼠血清IL-2含量显著升高(P<0.05);中、高剂量组比半夏泻心汤组大鼠血清IL-2含量升高更显著(P<0.05)。结论:助运除满汤增强机体免疫功能的作用主要是增强机体体液免疫,而对细胞免疫的影响不明显。
Objective:To observe the effect of Zhuyun Chunan decoction on immune function of functional dyspepsia(FD) model rats. Methods:60 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,Zhuyun Chuman decoction treatment group 1(high dose),group 2(middle dose),group 3(low dose) and Banxia Xiexin decoction group, 10 rats in each. FD model rats were made by end-inserted. 14 d after treatment,thymus gland and spleen of rats were taken out and weighed,then ponderal indices of thymus gland and spleen were calculated; serum interleukin-2(IL-2)content of rats was detected. Results:Compared with model group,ponderal index of spleen was increased in middle dose group and Banxia Xiexin decoction group, serum IL-2 content was increased in middle dose group, high dose group and Banxia Xiexin decoction group. Serum IL-2 content of rats in middle dose group and high dose group was higher than that in Banxia Xiexin decoction group. Conclusion:Zhuyun Chuman decoction can impove organic humoral immunity, but has no remarkable effect on cellular immunity.
