摘要
指出在城市住宅市场中,开发商、规划者(政府)、消费者和相关利益主体为了各自特定的利益目标进行不断的博弈,不同主体之间的博弈过程和结果就形成了住宅业政府管制的内在机理,并从博弈角度说明了我国住宅业政府管制的生成。
In the city residential market,there are many games among the developer,the government,the consumer and the other interest groups.The course and the result of the game between the differrent interest groups form the internal mechanism of city residential regulation,and illustrate the formding of city residential government regulation based on the game point of view.
