摘要
针对住宅小区规划的重要性,探讨了住宅小区规划的环境因素,包括生理环境、生态环境、社会环境和空间环境等方面,指出采用行列式布局时将建筑物错开,使空间产生围合感,同时能改变景观意向,还可以改善日照条件。
Aiming at the importance of the planning for the residential complex,the paper explores the environmental factors for the planning of the residential complex,including the physical environment,the ecological environment,social environment and space environment,points out the adoption of the determinant layout can divide buildings,and produces the enclosed sense,so as to alter the landscape intention,and to improve the sunlight condition.
