摘要
根据2001～2006年江苏省13个市新农村建设基础设施项目的管理与维护现状,分析了基础设施项目管理与维护存在的问题及成因,提出加强江苏省新农村建设基础设施项目管理与维护的对策:提高全体农户的参与意识、创新管理与维护主体、建立完善的管理与维护机制、落实资金渠道。
Based on the status of the management and maintenance of socialistic new village construction infrastructure projects in 13 cities,Jiangsu Province during the period of 2001～2006,the existing problems and causes in the management and maintenance of infrastructure projects were analyzed. Some countermeasures to strengthen the infrastructure projects were proposed: the improvement of participation sense of all farmers,the innovation of management and maintenance subject,the establishment of perfect management and maintenance mechanism and the implementation of funding channels.
