摘要
在NX5草图环境下,根据从动件的运动规律,利用弗洛克近似法,通过草图中的尺寸约束及几何约束,确定直动滚子从动件盘形凸轮机构的基本尺寸。随后在工具表达式中定义凸轮轮廓的表达式,再用NX5的规律曲线直接生成凸轮理论轮廓曲线,通过对凸轮理论轮廓曲线进行偏置,最终得到凸轮实际轮廓曲线,最后在NX5中生成凸轮的三维模型。
Using Flock approximation to determine the basic size of a disc cam of straight roller lollower through the size constraints and geometric constraints in the draft in accordance with the motion law of of the follower under the the draft environment of NX5. Subsequently, the cam profile expression is defined in a tool expression and then the theoretical profile curve of the cam is directly generated by using NX law curve. The actual profile curve of the caln is finally obtained by biasing the cam theoretical profile curve. The three-dimensional model of the cam is generated in the NX.
