摘要
目的研究MRP-1蛋白在结肠癌的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法,对50例结肠癌及切缘正常大肠粘膜组织进行检测,并结合临床资料进行研究。结果正常大肠粘膜MRP-1蛋白全部表达,结肠癌组织MRP-1蛋白的表达与癌组织分化程度、生长方式、浸润程度和淋巴结转移密切相关。结论MRP-1蛋白的表达与结肠癌的发生、浸润、转移有关,对预后的判断有一定参考价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of MRP-1 in colon Cancer and evaluate its clinical significance. Methods 50 cases of colon cancer and normal tissues from resection margin were examined for MRP-1 by immunohistochemistry SP method using monoclonal antibody to their protein. Results MRP-1 was present in all normal tissues from resection margin. MRP-1 was related to colon carcinoma differentiation, types, invasion and metastasis （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The expression of MRP-1 was closely correlated with the colon cancer and more valuable about predicting.
