摘要
目的研究一氧化氮(NO)在激素性股骨头坏死发病中的作用。方法给家兔注射大剂量醋酸氢化可的松后4、8和12周,用亚硝酸盐间接测定血浆一氧化氮(NO)含量变化,同时观察股骨头组织病理学改变。结果用药后不同时间血浆NO含量持续性明显下降(P<0.01),股骨头骨细胞坏死,微血管变细闭塞、红细胞聚积、管壁损害。结论 NO生成减少在激素性股骨头缺血性坏死发病过程中可能起着重要作用。
Objective To investigate the role of nitric oxide (NO) in steroid-induced femoral head necrosis. Methods High dose hydrocortisone acetate was administered to adult rabbits for 12 weeks. Serum NO was measured indirectly as nitrite at 4th, 8th, and 12th weeks, and the histopathologieal changes of femoral head observed. Results Serum nitrite level in the rabbits injected steroid was significantly lower than in control group (P<0. 01). Evidences of osteocyte necrosis, vascular stasis, aggregation of erythro-cytes and endothelial damage were observed. Conclusion The decrease of NO might play an important role in the pathogenesis of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head.
