康莱特注射液联合化疗治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察康莱特注射液联合化疗方案治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床效果。方法按入院顺序将87例病例随机分成治疗组47例与对照组40例,治疗组采用康莱特注射液加化疗治疗方案,对照组单用化疗。两组均观察4个疗程后进行近期疗效评价。结果治疗组与对照组治疗的有效率分别为90.0%及66.7%,两组有差异统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗组白细胞数下降程度轻,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);血小板数,血红蛋白及毒性反应差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论康莱特注射液联合化疗方案为一种有效、安全治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的治疗方案。
