Tim-3/Tim-3L与肿瘤免疫的关系 被引量:2

摘要 机体的免疫系统不仅防御微生物侵犯,而且能清除改变了的宿主成分,肿瘤细胞是其之一。因此,人们重视对肿瘤抗原、抗原的加工呈递和T细胞识别机制,以及树突状细胞等的研究.以期为肿瘤的免疫防治提供强有力武器。2001年,McIntire在小鼠11号染色体上发现了一个新的基因家族-T细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白结构域相关分子(T—cell immunoglobulin and mucin-domain—containing molecule,Tim)基因家族,该家族位于人类第5号染色体上。
