摘要
介绍了上海锅炉厂600 MW超临界直流炉投运初期易结渣的情况,从锅炉本体的结构、所燃用煤种的煤质以及运行时相关参数的设置与调整等几个方面,分析了结渣的原因,并根据分析的结果以及在运行实践过程中总结的经验,有针对性地提出了防止结渣的相应措施.这些措施的有效性在实际运行过程中得到了验证,其对燃用同类煤种的同型式锅炉的燃烧调整具有一定的参考价值.
This paper introduces the slagging condition of 600MW supercritical once-through boiler made in shanghai boiler works during the initial period of being put into operation,analyzes slagging reasons and practice after being put into operation and proposes countermeasures to prevent slagging.Therefore,for the adjustments of boiler combustion of same type boilers burning same kind of coal,this paper has certain reference value.
