摘要
[目的]全面了解柳州市居民主要消费食品中食源性致病菌的污染情况,有效遏制食物中毒及相关食源性疾病的暴发。[方法]2006~2008年的6~10月,在柳州市辖区内主要农贸市场和大型超市采集5大类食品进行常见食源性致病菌检测。[结果]合计检测209份食品,检出目标菌48株,检出率为22.97%。其中,水产品、生肉类、熟肉制品等即食食品、生食蔬菜、速冻面米食品检出率分别为63.33%、28.57%、8.00%、5.88%、12.00%;2006~2008年检出率分别为40.32%、15.58%、15.71%;沙门菌、副溶血性弧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、O157:H7、单增李斯特菌、弯曲菌检出率分别为12.44%、7.66%、2.39%、0.48%、0.48%、0.00%。[结论]柳州市居民主要消费食品中食源性致病菌污染较严重。
[Objective]To Comprehensively understand the contamination of food-borne pathogens in foods consumed mainly in Liuzhou,and effectively prevent the outbreak of food poisoning and related food-borne illness.[Methods]Samples of 5 kinds of foods collected from the main free markets and large-scale supermarkets from June to October,2006 to 2008 were tested for commont food-borne pathogens. [Results]Of the 209 samples tested, 48 target strains were detected, accounting for 22.97%. The detection rate was 63.33%,28.57%, 8.00%, 5.88% and 12.00% in aquatic products, raw meat,cooked meat. crude vegetables and frozen pasta respectively. The detection rate was 40.32%, 15.58% and 15.71 from 2006 to 2008. The detection rate of Salmonella, Vibro parahacmolyticus, Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli O157, HT. Listeria monocytogencs and Campylobacter was 12.44% ,7.66%, 2.39% ,0.48% ,0.48% and 0.00% respectively. [Conclusion]The contamination of food-borne pathogens in main consumption foods was serious in Liuzhou.
