摘要
针对高职院校学生特点和当前就业形势,文中就专业责任人在学生就业过程中的作用进行了阐述,并对专业责任人在就业工作中存在的问题,以及如何进一步就专业责任人在就业工作中发挥优势作用进行了初步探讨。
