摘要
社会发展不仅需要研究型人才、学术型人才,更需要大量的从事实际工作的应用型人才,独立学院的出现正是要解决和缓解对于应用型人才大量需求的矛盾。应用型人才的培养方式与普通高校人才的培养模式是不同的,本文采用倒推法,提出了电子信息工程专业应用型本科人才培养的新思路和方法,并就课程体系、教师队伍、教材及教学法进行了探讨和思考。该方法很容易在独立学院其它专业中进行推广,为其它专业的人才培养提供新思路。
The social development needs not only the research-based and academic talented persons, but also the adequate application-based persons who work in the trenches. The advent of Independent College has solved the problems immensely. The cultivating pattern of the application-based persons and the research-based persons are different. The paper proposed a new idea of cultivation of talents for electronic information engineering by using backward induction. The problems of the courses system, the contingent of teachers and the teaching method were investigated. This method is easy to spread the use of it in other majors and is a new idea of cultivation of talents in other majors.
