摘要
人体脉搏的传播特性与心血管系统中相关力学参数的变化密切相关。本文根据弹性管近端与远端血压理论和心搏出量理论,利用软件开展传播特性的仿真研究。首先给定弹性管近端的脉搏压力波数组以及相关参数和周期、时间延迟,然后仿真得出弹性管远端的脉搏波的波形图及相关参数,并由此计算得到相应的心搏出量数值。最后通过图形表达出心搏出量与各个参数的关系。通过数值仿真,讨论理论计算与实验结果的区别。
The pulse wave propagation in human is closely related to the change of the mechanical parameters in the cardiovascular system. According to the flexibility of proximal and remote blood pressure and stroke theories, the numerical simulations were applied in the pulse wave propagation in human. Firstly we gave the flexibility of the proximal pressure wave pulse wave arrays & related parameters and cycle time delay, and' then simulated the flexibility of the distal pulse wave and the wave of the relevant parameters. After that we calculated the corresponding value of a stroke. At last, the relationships between the cardiac arrest and the parameters were expressed in the graphic expression, and the difference between theoretical results and experimental results was discussed.
