学校内部规范体系是一种指导、鼓励、制止、调控师生员工行为的指示系统。它在事实判断与价值判断的融合中复杂生成,在自律状态与他律状态的统一中得到遵循,在角色预期与个性倾向的博弈中寻找平衡。
School's interior normalized system is an instructive system used to guide, encourage, stop and regulate the behaviors of teachers, students and other staff. It complexly generates in the integration of judging facts and values. It is followed in the unification of the heteronomy and the autonomy. It looks for balance in the struggle between the role expectation and personality tendency.
