摘要
从雅砻江流域水电规划入手，论述了建设二滩水电站的战略意义、在四川国民经济发展及四川电网中的地位和作用，同时对雅砻江水电开发的前景进行了展望。
From view point of Yalongjiang river basin hydroelectric plan are described the strategic role of constructing Ertan Hydroelectric Plant,its status and function in Sichuan national economic development and electric system,and looked the perspectives of Yalongjiang river hydroelectric harnessing.
