摘要
结合一线教学经验,分析几种传统的教学模式,认为要切实提高教学效果,务必改变“教而学”的教学习惯,采用“学教”型教学模式,在治教的理念中纳入“学而教”的教学思想,真正开展以学生为中心的教学活动。分析该教学模式及其在高校开展的可行性,并讨论教师在“学教型”教学模式下应具备的素质。
In this paper, the author analysis of several of the traditional teaching model with her experience of the forefront teaching. And found that effectively improve the teaching effect, be sure to change the ＂teaching and learning＂ teaching model to ＂study and teaching＂ teaching model. In the governance of education to include the concept of ＂study and teaching＂ of teaching ideas, and truly carry out student-centered teaching and learning activities. An analysis of the teaching model and its application in colleges and universities to carry out the feasibility of and discussed the quality of teachers in the ＂study and teaching＂ teaching model should have.
